Visitor Experience Seminar 2019

7 August, London Transport Museum, London, UK

Following incredibly successful seminar days held at Museum of London & Wellcome Collection over the last couple of years we are pleased to announce that 2019’s seminar is to be held at the London Transport Museum.

The seminar will follow the same format as previous years – approx. 15 speakers speaking for 10 minutes each on a broad range of Visitor Experience relevant topics. We want the programme to reflect the brilliant creativity of our sector and would encourage proposals that introduce new ideas, recount projects that have created real change or that provide insight our audience can learn from.
This year’s VE:Seminar will be followed by an Evening Drinks Reception where we'll be announcing the 2019 VE:Awards winners.
Please note the VE:Seminar and VE:Awards are separately ticketed events.

Joe, 17, who did the Customer Service Apprenticeship at @ltmuseum & who now works at @TfL has just got up in front of a lecture theatre full of senior VE professionals at the #VESEMINAR and spoke about his experience. I have one question... JOE, DO YOU WANT A JOB AT THE @V_and_A

What is the difference between a good review and a great review? It is all about the people! Your staff... #VESeminar @bernarddonoghue #VisitorExperience pic.twitter.com/0howG59RnN
