Kensington Visitor Experience Research Tour
This whistle-stop tour of three diverse attractions will reveal some of the achievements, challenges and lessons learned by visitor experience professionals who lead large teams in deliver great service and engagement in a competitive and dynamic environment where audience expectations are always high.
Breakfast and networking at the Design Museum
Paul Gibbons, Head of Visitor Experience, will talk about evolving leadership and strategic planning at the Design Museum as it reaches its two-year birthday in its new home
Travel to Kensington Palace
At Kensington Palace Gina Grubb, Visitor Experience Manager, will talk us through the impact and achievements of her team in response to the hugely successful exhibition about Diana: Her Fashion Story, and a chance to look around the exhibition itself

Travel to V&A
Lessons learned by Lois Honeywill, Interim Head of Visitor Experience, and her team leaders on their work to change the culture of the Visitor Experience department, as well as its profile and influence within the organisation during a very exciting time at the museum with the launch of a new uniform and opening a large new wing of the museum
