Paul Gibbons, Head of Visitor Experience, will talk about evolving leadership and strategic planning at the Design Museum as it reaches its two-year birthday in its new home

Travel to Kensington Palace

At Kensington Palace Gina Grubb, Visitor Experience Manager, will talk us through the impact and achievements of her team in response to the hugely successful exhibition about Diana: Her Fashion Story, and a chance to look around the exhibition itself
12:15 – 12:45
Travel to V&A
12:45-13:45
Lessons learned by Lois Honeywill, Interim Head of Visitor Experience, and her team leaders on their work to change the culture of the Visitor Experience department, as well as its profile and influence within the organisation during a very exciting time at the museum with the launch of a new uniform and opening a large new wing of the museum
